About the Client

Decor Mint is an e-commerce platform specialising in home decor. The platform serves a B2C audience looking to discover and purchase unique, carefully curated interior design products.

About the Project

The project focused on revamping the existing UI and developing new UX solutions to improve the shopping experience across both desktop and mobile — increasing conversion and making the browsing experience more enjoyable and intuitive.

Research & Wireframes

The process started with user research, competitive analysis, and building low-fidelity wireframes to map out the ideal user journey before committing to visual design.

Low-fidelity wireframes mapping out the key user flows

UI Design

The redesigned interface prioritises browsability, with a clean visual hierarchy, improved product photography presentation, and clear calls to action throughout the shopping funnel.

Favourites

A redesigned favourites experience lets users save and organise items they love, reducing friction in the path from discovery to purchase.

Product Information

The product detail page was restructured to highlight key information — dimensions, materials, and availability — in a way that builds buyer confidence.

Seamless Shopping Experience

A key UX goal was delivering a seamless shopping experience from browsing to checkout, with minimal friction and clear next steps at every stage.

Cross-device Continuity

The design ensures a consistent and polished experience across devices — users can start browsing on mobile and continue on desktop without losing context or momentum.

Design System

A lightweight design system was established for Decor Mint to maintain visual consistency across the platform and speed up future development iterations.
